My Up In Lights Letters

Light Up Letters  - Up In Lights - £10.99 each

Happy Friday Beauties

As some of you may know, I absolutely love a little bit of interior design, I'm forever on Tumblr having a nose at some of the most gorgeous rooms, I guess its almost like a creating a wardrobe for your home haha! I'd been looking into getting a couple more furnishings for my bedroom and I came across an amazing company called Up In Lights on Twitter, who offer the most amazing light up statement letters and symbols. I thought the idea was amazing plus it looked super glam so I decided to go ahead and get my name up in lights! I've been super excited to share this post with you all, as I've had lots of compliments from an Instagram preview a couple of weeks ago, so I hope you enjoy the post.

The best part about Up In Lights is that you can literally spell out any name or phrase. You can also change up the letters, so I sometimes have my name out or I'll just mix it up a little and just have the 'B' out if I want something a little different. Alongside the letters you can get an '&' which I think is a perfect addition if you share your home with someone, you can get both of your initials for a unique statement piece. I'm super tempted to get one as luckily my boyfriends name begins with a 'C' and my name has two haha!

I have to say these letters are super eye-catching, have a classy matt white finish and are the perfect weight which means you can hang or stand them putting them pretty much anywhere you'd like. As you can see from the pictures above, I've had my beauties out on the dressing table and above a storage unit where they're currently sitting now. The quality is also fabulous, they add luxurious finish to any room and when switched on the white LED lights give a gorgeous glow adding a fabulous ambience to any room. They are intended for internal use, however Up In Lights gave me a fabulous summer idea to bring them outside for a BBQ to add that special touch (of course not if its raining haha!) The beauty of these is that there are no cables, each piece takes 2x AAA batteries and are easy to switch off to prolong battery life.

What would you get Up In Lights? Let me know in the comments!

  1. It is important that PCB testing is done throughout this process so that any problems with the system are worked out before any mass production takes place. If dumped in the water, only small amounts of PCBs may become dissolved.
